Jacqueline Thompson has more than 10 years of experience dealing with family-owned businesses. She is committed to providing exceptional client service and proactive communications. Jacqueline strives to provide a thorough assurance process and give the type of value-added advice that helps family businesses operate more efficiently and effectively. She also has a strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws as they relate to the business. Working with individual tax specialists within our firm, Jacqueline is part of a team that provides tax compliance and planning for the entire family and business.
Some of the clients that Jacqueline works with include:
- A fourth generation developer, owner, and manager of office, retail, warehouse, and residential real estate. Bond Beebe has assisted in structuring the governance board, tax planning for many of the family members as well as the Company, and consulting as to retirement plans, succession planning, and investment strategy.
- A second generation large mechanical contractor which Bond Beebe has been involved in the compliance aspect of the construction company, as well as consulting on stock purchase/buyback agreements, tax planning for special needs children, personal financial statements, review of lease agreements, and succession planning.
- A fourth generation owner and manager of commercial real estate which Bond Beebe has assisted in the formation of a phantom stock plan for a non-family member, stock transfers, and tax planning.
