Geoff Brown, a partner with Bond Beebe, brings more than 30 years of public accounting and auditing experience to our family business clients. His laid-back demeanor is esteemed for its power in drawing imaginative insights out of our accounting professionals to help ensure client satisfaction. In addition to acting as Principal-in-Charge for many of Bond Beebe’s audit engagements, Geoff also heads Bond Beebe's Family Business Team, and he is a member of the Firm’s Personnel Committee. Geoff’s experience in servicing family businesses includes tax returns, tax planning, estate planning, developing operating agreements, assistance with the sale of business, and gifting plans for wealth transference.

Some of the clients that Geoff Brown works with include:

• A second generation consulting firm which Bond Beebe has been involved in tax return preparation, business consulting, tax consulting, and a gifting plan to transfer stock to the next generation.
• A third generation construction subcontractor which Bond Beebe has assisted with tax returns and valuation of business.
• A second generation retail store which Bond Beebe has assisted in retirement planning for the first generation, as well as assistance on how to integrate the second generation into business.
