Michael N. Mercurio, Esquire is a Principal and Chairman of the Business and Real Estate Practice Group with the law firm of Offit Kurman, P.A, where he works in the areas of corporate and business law, commercial transactions and real estate.
Mercurio was selected as a Legal Elite by SmartCEO Magazine in 2009 and is a member of the Family Firm Institute. He regularly counsels entrepreneurial individuals involved in family business ventures and has assisted many business owners with developing plans for the succession and transition of their business.
