BETHESDA, Maryland (September 15, 2009) – The Greater Washington DC Family Business Alliance ("The Alliance"), the go to resource for family businesses located in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia, announced today that two new members have joined the alliance.  John Hrastar is the President of InterSource, a CEO-centric management consulting firm located in McLean, Virginia.  InterSource provides advice, support, and resources to CEOs of emerging growth and mid-market closely-held companies.    Margaret Wilson is a Principal with Tandem Partners, an organizational consulting firm based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, specializing in people strategies that drive business results.  Tandem Partners utilizes a combination of business strategy, organizational dynamics, behavioral science and business management to help leaders manage change and enhance corporate performance.
