Margaret Wilson is a Principal with Tandem Partners, an organizational consulting firm based in Hunt Valley, Maryland, specializing in people strategies that drive business results. Tandem Partners utilizes a combination of business strategy, organizational dynamics, behavioral science and business management to help leaders manage change and enhance corporate performance. Hrastar combines a background in technical engineering with a wide range of business, operations, financial and management skills to enhance the productivity of emerging growth and mid-market closely-held companies. Wilson’s firm focuses in helping family-owned and owner-managed businesses address challenges such as ownership and management transitions, family and business partner relationships, organization development, strategic planning, communication and conflict management.
