What is the Greater Washington DC Family Business Alliance?

The Greater Washington DC Family Business Alliance (“The Alliance”) was founded in 2008 for the purpose of serving family businesses located in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia, providing information and assistance, and promoting ideas and cooperation. We believe that family businesses share many similar challenges (e.g., succession planning), and we wish to provide a structured forum for this exchange of ideas and best practices.

Founded by Bond Beebe, a certified public accounting firm with an over 75 year history in the Washington, DC area, the Alliance makes use of this vast experience to focus on what family businesses need to know. This Web site is but a part of all we have to offer, including keynote presentations by local family business leaders, invitation-only peer-to-peer discussion forums, and our upcoming quarterly newsletters.
